My goal for today was simpily to get started. So Igot up at 6:00 a.m. and was at the gym by 6:15 a.m. I need to go to bed earlier -- it was very hard to get up. I spent 30 minutes on the elliptical machine at level 10. As I said, I am just getting started. I was very casual in my exercise but I did break a sweatMy diet today:
- Breakfast -- peanut butter wheat toast and coffee
- Lunch -- Wendy's at 1:30 p.m. -- Single with cheese, fries and a diet coke.
- Dinner -- bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, ham and PBJ with toast. Not healthy at all. I have got to do better than this.
I plan to post my stats only once a month. I have a short term goal to lose 10 pounds by January 31st.
STATS:
- Weight -- 274
- Waist -- 48 inches
- Chest -- 51 inches
- Arms -- 15.5 inches
- Legs -- 24 inches
- BMI == 35.4
- %Body Fat -- 3o.5% (80+ pounds of fat)
