1-6-10

Terrible food intake today and did not go to gym due to taking my sinus medication and not hearing the clock. Very discouraged!

  1. Tim, I wanted to encourage you to get 8 glasses of water a day. I am working in a glass every two hours. It will help with your hunger pains (which is your flesh saying ... feed me some food I'm in control). The water will help your metabolism and make your stomach feel fuller. It's helped me.
