My beginning weight is 276 pounds. I will list my measurements on my first day. And I will post my "before" picture. I also plan to record my eating habits on this blog as well as share my feelings about each day's exercise/training sessions.
Some of my other goals include:
- Training for an Ironman event/race or something really challenging around the same time as my birthday. Possibly the one that ocurs in Panama City in November.
- Buy a Kayak for personal recreation
- Begin hiking some of the trails in Alabama and the Smokies
